ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER
Jen Motyka
For more than two decades, Jen Motyka has built a life and leadership legacy rooted in service, strategy, and community in Anchorage. As Owner of Blitz Solutions and Partner at AK Promo Co., she combines professional expertise with a passion for uplifting others, both through her businesses and her deep involvement in the community.
Jen’s leadership has shaped and supported numerous local initiatives through her work on boards and committees of Linford of Alaska, the Women’s Power League of Alaska, Choose Anchorage Leadership, and the Alaska World Affairs Council, among many others. Her commitment to Anchorage’s future is also evident in her service to the Anchorage School District through the Multicultural Educatio Concerns Advisory Committee and the School Business Partnership Board of Directors.
A proud graduate of the University of Michigan and a recent graduate student at the University of Alaska Anchorage achieving her Executive Leadership Certificate, Jen approaches leadership as a lifelong learning journey. She was recognized as a 2025 honoree for Achievement in Business Leadership from the Alaska Journal of Commerce.
Jen is the first Korean American Benefit Auction Specialist in the U.S. and has helped raise significant funds for nonprofits across Alaska. Jen is also a dedicated mentor, guiding and empowering emerging leaders through programs with the Alaska Humanities Forum and the Alaska Literacy Project. Beyond the boardroom and stage, she finds joy in cooking, dancing, and building Lego creations with her husband Brett and their two children.
